2008 PRESS RELEASE
Quadrant's new tile delivers quality and
style in difficult times
Quadrant has launched a new carpet tile which the company believes will deliver exactly what designers are looking for in tough economic times. 'Zone' is the latest product from the British manufacturer who is rapidly becoming the UK’s most innovative carpet company.
Designed by its' own in-house creative team lead by design director Eve Waldron, the new tile from Quadrant offers highly sophisticated styling using just two yarns.
"Our innovative approach to both design and manufacture means we're able to respond quickly to the needs of the market. We've achieved this new design through the clever use of three colours. This means we’ve been able to keep costs down without sacrificing the integrity of the design or quality," says Eve Waldron.
The tile is designed so that it's both easy to specify and use as Quadrant's managing director, James Scully explains: "Our objective is always to make life easier for our customers, not for ourselves. We believe that new tile is highly flexible, offers exceptional value and is suitable for a wide variety of possible applications."
The product is made from looped nylon with a recycled content of up to 25% and is manufactured in Scotland on the only 12-gauge tufting machine in the UK. As a result, Zone boasts greater tuft density and superior in-built quality.
