Our R4 Sample Return Service has proved highly popular amongst architects and contractors. Launched in early 2008 Quadrant has taken back over 7 tons of unwanted carpet folders, binders and samples, either through collection by our salesteam, or via our Sample Return Service, where customers can download a postage paid returns label from www.quadmod.com and return any unwanted samples to us free-of-charge. This service covers all carpet manufacturers sample materials, not just our own, and guarantees that we will dispose of them in highest-value end-use recycling centres, avoiding landfill.
